MailTwin is a native macOS companion for people who want to keep using Apple Mail. Type a few rough points for what you want to say and MailTwin authors a complete, editable reply in the learned voice for that mail account.

Work mail and personal mail keep separate voices. Users choose among eight AI providers, including local and on-device options, and AI requests go directly from the Mac to the chosen provider. MailTwin does not proxy email content.

The app also includes review-first Inbox Cleanup, summaries, action items, translation, follow-up tools, Relationship Memory, and a local workspace. Every generated reply remains under the user's control before it is inserted into Mail.

The complete app is free for 30 days without a card. After that, it is $19.90 once for one Mac or $49.90 once for five Macs.
