Walyro is a live wallpaper app for Mac. It plays your own videos, photos and animated Scenes on the desktop, and you decide how each one looks and moves.

Why it matters
Most wallpaper apps hand you a catalog. Walyro starts from what you already have: the videos on your phone and the photos in your library. Scenes are there when you want motion without a file, and you set their colors and pace yourself.
What you can do
- Add your own videos. Any clip from your phone or camera, looped on your desktop. Choose fit, fill or crop.
- Make photos move. The foreground follows your pointer as you work.
- Tune Scenes. Pick a palette, set the motion, brightness and detail. A Scene can follow the daylight and slow down when windows cover the desktop.
- Give every screen its own wallpaper. A Scene on the laptop, your video on the external display.
- Build playlists. Mix videos, photos and Scenes, keep the order or shuffle, and pick how often they change.
- Control it from the menu bar. Switch wallpapers, pause for an hour or turn everything off without opening the app.
Easy on your Mac
Walyro pauses when the screen locks, the display sleeps or a screensaver starts, and in Low Power Mode if you want it to. With Reduce Motion on, Scenes hold still. Scenes ask little of your Mac, so you can leave one running all day.
